Pascual Buyers Specialist	Originally from the Bronx, New York, Pascual was in the retail and service industry for years, working with high -end clothing on New York's famous 5th Avenue prior to joining the Adler Team. He moved to Florida to pursue a career in Real Estate, and we're happy to have him with us. Pascual is of Puerto Rican and Dominican descent and is one of the Spanish speakers on the Adler Team. While working in the fashion industry Pascual developed excellent skills in customer service and a great understanding discerning the client's needs. People who know Pascual say he is professional, motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking. He genuinely enjoys helping others. Chris Listing and REO	Chris is on our Listing & REO team. He is a licensed appraiser and works with us in our Listing department making sure that homes are priced right and ready to sell. There are a lot of tasks to getting a property on the market. With our high tech approach to the market, we have computerized plans to make sure that everything that needs to be done to a property is done. Today REO ( bank owned properties ) is a good percentage of the homes that are on the market. Our REO department has many full time people working to get these properties ready to sell and marketed. All this to bring good value to buyers while providing an important function to the financial industry.
Addy Agent	Addy has been an agent for over 30 years. Many will remember her as the Rolls Royce of realtors, providing Rolls Royce service to customers and riding with her to look at properties in her Rolls Royce automobile. She has cut back a little and now primarily works with her past customers. Addy is a source of inspiration to the team and a great resource for us all.
Lisa Customer Care Manager	Lisa is our Customer Care Manager and is in charge of managing the office as well as overseeing the closing department. She has her hand in every file. Once there is an offer, Lisa is there to help the team negotiate to get it under contract. That is when the work really starts with over 100 tasks that need to be performed in order to bring a file to closing. Lisa is a long time licensed agent who knows the paper work and pitfalls inside out and knows how to get the job done. Wendy Listing Coordinator	Wendy is our Listing Coordinator. She handles all aspects of getting your home ready for showings - taking photos, putting your home on all of our web sites and initiating all marketing with our marketing team. She gets feedback on showings and puts information about the current status of the sale of your home on your own, personal, password-protected web site.
MaryAnn Marketing Department	Mary Ann is part of our Marketing Staff and has been with Christine for over fifteen years. Besides assisting with updating our web sites she also helps the listing coordinator in implementing the 100 point Adler Team Marketing Plan.
Judy Marketing Team	Judy is part of our marketing team, working to assist Christine and the listing coordinator in implementing the 100 point Adler Team Marketing Plan. She has been working in real estate for over twenty years and is also a licensed agent.
Ramona Marketing Department	Ramona is on our marketing team. She works hard with our listing coordinator to get our listings marketed throughout the internet as well as through Email and in print formats. From making brochures to making sure that property information is available 24 hours a day Ramona knows how to get our homes sold.
Mari Listing Team	Mari is a member of our Listing Team. She is a Licensed Realtor and Property Appraiser. She works with our listings to help people make sure that they price the home to sell. Our listing department works hand in hand with the Marketing staff to make sure that homes are priced right and ready to sell. Marketing and Pricing are the two keys to getting a home sold.
